The cutting of the Aka Cords :

This process frees one from the negative aspect of obligations and connections. It is used to cause a person to be ( HO ' OPONOPONO ) , to be right with oneself and right with others.

1 ~ Visualize the thousands to millions of Aka cords going out from solar plexus and head spreading out in al directions.

2 ~ Picture 4 large blades of white silver light, surrounding ones body.

3 ~ Start ssing them revolving in a counter-clockwise direction.

This was taught by the late Mornah Simeone, towards the end of her life she was honored by the United Nations for her work.

As of late , I am reading a book about ayahuasca, a drug used by the south american indian , which is developed by the indigenous " medicine - people" of Brasil. The book id "WIZARD OF THE UPPER AMAZON: The Story of Manuel Cordova~Rios ; by F. Bruce Lamb.

This is a non-fiction publication that I thought that I would put up here as a auggestion for anyone that was interested in looking into plant medicine, as well as anybody thoughts about the book or the experiences that anyone has had in regaurds to "Ayahuasca Medicine".

Thank you for posting this Steve.  There is a typo in the 3rd step.  What is it that you meant?  Does one envision the blades of white light cutting the cords?

By cleaning, using the statements I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, and thank you I have experienced incredible shifts and healing.  I am so thankful to have learned about Ho'oponopono.

Steve, sorry but that isn't ho'oponopono.  Morrnah bastardized something that was traditional.  This is why the elders over here brushed her off and would not let her come to certain events.  If you ask any true Hawaiian they will tell you this is most definitely not ho'oponopono.

 

Also huna is in no way related to anything Hawaiian.  Its a sham that was made simply to make money off of people.
