Hi, All!
Alas, I missed last night's ASPH meeting, largely because of time and distance. If it was earlier in the day or closer to where I work/live it would be much easier.
Which leads me to this question. Anyone here aware of professional hypnosis groups/societies that meet a bit closer to the West Valley in Phoenix/Glendale? Perhaps there might be an interest in generating a branch of ASPH further west than Scottsdale?

Finally made it to my first meeting at ASPH. It took me so long to get to it because I'm in Deer Valley and the meeting is in Scottsdale, and it was a bit tricky to make myself drive all the way out there.
I'm very glad I did, though, and I can't wait until next month's meeting!

Hey, All!
Just joined up...I'm a psychologist/hypnotherapist in the Glendale, AZ (Midwestern University) who works mostly with chronc pain. I joined the ASPH some time ago, but haven't made it out to one of the meetings yet...one of these days I'm going to drag my wife out there to enjoy the buffet while I sit at the meeting.
At any rate, I found this lovely little site and was hoping to get to connect and virtually network with fellow hypnos in the area!

Announcement Feb 28th Sat. 11-4pm
I will be at a psychic fair at "Peace of the Universe" in North Scottsdale/Shea Blvd.
I will be doing Speed Hypnosis as a Mini Session to demo Hypnosis to clients,
This is a good marketing tool since this is close to my office to get new clients.
So if anyone is around and would like to come by and introduce themselves feel free to do so.

Thanks for your concern about my Dog...He was spoiled and lived a healthy and joyful life. I just felt he started to suffer and I couldnt let that happen to him. I will be getting another Afghan from the same Breeder in California probably in April.

- Promoting yourself takes alot of time to get your name out there with referrals and marketing takes time to get things done but if its done right it can turn out great. Sis you join the ASPH association in Az. thats a start....

There is no such thing as "Hypnosis" ... go to a imaginary english speaking culture who have never 'seen' nor 'heard' of hypnosis. Isolate any volunteers for an induction without the wordy explanations ... and afterwards is your guess.
