Group Sessions for Professional Swimmers
Hi All,
I am interested in helping out a group of provincial swimmers in a group session format. I had originally thought that a once off session working with self-belief and acknowledgement of their potential would be a good start, including a visualization of their ulitmate race...any comments or suggestions?
