Esta frase es algo para confundir el sujeto se usan en las inducciones rapidas:

Puede ser...
"Para! Piensa en lo que NO estes pensando ahora. "
Suena bien o raro? Me dirais

Yo siempre he dicho esa frase (ke si no me equivoco es de Cleveland) de esta manera...
"Stop! Think about what you are NOT thinking about right now."
"Oye, para un segundo.... (te pones pensativo o haces el teatro que a ti mas te guste :) ) Piensa en algo realmente importante en lo que no estes pensando ahora mismo. (confusion)"
O tambien podria decir...
"Quieto. Mira (le muestro mi mano y se interrumpe el patron). Piensa en lo que no estas pensando ahora mismo"
Tambien he hecho esta tecnica con un grupo.. y es verdaderamente sencillo..
"Eh! (te pones "asustado" como para que los demas te presten atencion) Que es lo que no estabamos pensando hace 2 minutos?"
La mayoria de la gente se confunde y se "ralla" como se diria por mi barrio :P E incluso mucha gente le entran respuestas muy extrañas

Hay que tener mucha soltura al decirlo, y practicarlo, porque muchas veces me confundo yo mismo incluso

Yo creo es importante en hypnosis dice con muchos palabras, como aqui " "Para! Piensa en lo que NO estes pensando ahora mismo."
Este palabra subrayar el problem, y dice que es importante suena bien al pronto, y yo creo este es bien para the induccion rapida.
Perdoname mi espanol.

There is no such thing as "Hypnosis" ... go to a imaginary english speaking culture who have never 'seen' nor 'heard' of hypnosis. Isolate any volunteers for an induction without the wordy explanations ... and afterwards is your guess.
