Just relocated from Southern California to Abilene.  It's definitely better here!  Now, I just have to find clients, again.  Also, can anyone give me a quick overview of how the state of Texas regulates and views hypnosis/hypnotherapy?

Chad-  I'm between Austin and San Antonio (not exactly north Austin, I know) and I've been looking for a practice partner as well.  How often did you want to get together?  I may be able to make the trip, depending on how often.  I do miss Austin...

Saweet! i actually just got back from a stage hypnotist show. The guys name is Flip Orley. He was on Good Morning Texas yesterday so I thought it would be cool to go to his show. It was great! i think he is here til sunday if anyone wants info

Just a quick Hello! My name is david and I was born and raised in Texas and currently live in Granbury. I was certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist about ten years ago or so. I had a part time practice for a while. Unfortunately life got in the way and I drifted away from the field. I have continued reading but have done no actual work with people in that time. I have reached a point now where I am determined to make this field my career. I am in a refresher mode and trying to decide where to go to get re-certified at a reasonable cost. I also hope to get different views on the need for insurance for the practicing hypnotist. Any information/opinions will be greatly appreciated. I look forward to getting to know all of YA'LL as well as the other members of Hypnothoughts.

Hello folks! New here, to both Hypnothoughts and the group. I am in the tiny town of Quitman, about 100 miles due east of Dallas. I'm currently just a hobbyist, but I'm planning on making the leap into professional hypnosis soon.
