What patterns do you recommended to covertly suggest amnesia or to create an effective, usable anchor that can be applied quickly?
I am aware of the "What are you not thinking about" Statement and anchor.
What other things have you experienced with?u

You can forget so easily and with forgetting so easily and with forgetting certain things, you can remember other things. Remembering what you need to remember and forgetting what you can forget. It does not matter if you forget you need not remember. your subconscious mind remembers every thing, you need to know and you can let your subconscious mind listen and remember every thing while your conscious mind relaxes and forgets.
I would also ask the client for an Ideo motor Response if they can keep that a secret from them selves as they may forget to remember or remember to forget what i just said as at times it too much effort to listen to what i say as they relax even more and understand every thing that I say or don't say
