To all the vendors of The HypnoStore.com,You may have received an email in the last 24 hours saying you were charged for a few months of your subscription at once. Let me first confirm that you weren't charged a dime. Actually, to the best of my knowledge none of you have been charged for over 4 months. Those months were free and will always be free. Hi everyone! Glad I found this group! FYI -- it's not linked/shown easily from the hypnostore vendor area... I posted this at the end of a different thread, but I think it needs its own thread heading. :) HUGE kudos to Stuart for a newly enabled feature at thehypnostore: Stuart just enabled "real-time shipping calculations" through the US Postal Service. Graphic Resolution

Hey Stuart, What is the recommended graphic resolution for our logo and product images? If you look at my image for my logo and my product, it looks very blury. However, if you click on the image to expand it, the image is clear as a bell. Any ideas? Darren, my business partner, is great with graphics and he can edit the image, if you can give me the specs. Hi guys & gals, I'm following Scott's advice and improving/adding relevant search tags & terms. But the search algorithm isn't as smart as it could be. Here's an example. Some of my products in thehypnostore are related to improving one's spoken voice. So, naturally, any search for "voice" should bring my materials at least close to the top of the pile, though not necessarily spot #1 (though I'll certainly aim for that!). Two Weeks of Insights and Feedback

Over the weekend I looked over some interesting data about the store and it's progress. Two weeks ago we kicked the advertising program into gear and have definitely seen a surge from it.Over the past two weeks we have averaged 132 visits each day. Our average number of page views per visit has fluctuated from 9.7 to 11.6. If we call that 130 x 10 we get 1,300 pages viewed every day. Comment by Joshua Johnston on January 16, 2012 at 1:42am: After the customer forwarded me their invoice email from PayPal, it appears that all the money went to the other vendor they purchased from, instead of being properly divided between us. I directed them to get in contact with the other vendor about it, as I don't think PayPal will be able to do anything on my end if it all went to someone else.

I'd first verify that payment was made--from the customer (even though it says it was processed at Hypno Store). Then contact Paypal and find out what happened between customer sending payment and it going through the Paypal system and into your account. As far as I know, Hypno Store "should be" out of the transaction altogether. But...??

I need to issue a refund, but I never received the funds in my PayPal account, and I don't see a way to initiate a refund in the store administration pages. This is a payment from the UK, so maybe that's holding things up?
