Relax-o-therapy TEACHES specific skills that can be useful life-long.

Speed-Trance produces phemomena and response at a very deep level.

Both have a place, both are valuable, and one is not BETTER than the other or more useful that the other.

In the end, what is BEST, is what is right for the client in a particular situation.

I think speed trance is better for 2 reasons,

1) it gives you more time to do the change work

2) with a quick deepener and convincer chucked in it gives the client the expectation of change even more because they have been proven to be in trance
