Ah smart man you are using the Thesis theme! ;)  I'm using the thesis theme with the Thesisfolio skin (www.hawaiihypnosis.org)

 

Have you thought about placing a video in that rotating picture box?

 

Also this website http://socialtriggers.com/ is an awesome website to learn about the psychological triggers that cause people to take action on websites.  I HIGHLY recommend it.

Hi I really like the layout and it looks really professional, in my personal opinioin you have put a little too much information on there although all relavant and well worded etc its just a lot of text, bearing in mind the average person knows nothing about hypnotherapy (in my experience) and probably doesnt want to know about neurology etc i hope this doesnt sound like i am critasising too much.
