Believe it or not I have bad news regarding World Hypnotism Day. The bad news is hypnotists who participate and support WHD by hosting events around the world wait too long to get started!
Whether it's a live event or held on the internet it is important to understand the time is now to get in gear.

The event needs to be established - what are you going to do on January 4th, then what about pre-event promotion, getting media informed so they can schedule to be there? Remember, people who you want to attend need to schedule in advance too. And you need to prepare product or how you will offer your sevices to people who attend your event. Participating in WHD is to support our profession while at the same time promoting yourself, your products and your services.

The main point is in general people wait too long when doing anything. Waiting until the last minute just increases your odds that you'll be one of those people who sends in their feedback saying how your event wasn't what you had hoped for. There are many people around the world who have had great success leveraging off of WHD, but they had the secret... they started months in advance planning their event.
