About Me:

I've been involved in hypnosis all my life. I learned the Silva Method from my mom when I was a child. I started studying on my own around age 13. I received my first formal training in Ericksonian Hypnosis in 1996 with Steven Leeds in NYC. I've studied with most of the great teachers on the East Coast and West Coast. I hold certifications in Hypnoanalysis and Clinical, Medical, Alchemical Hypnotherapy. I am a Master Practitioner of NLP. I am a Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Trainer and graduated from the first NATH Trainer’s Training in 1998.

I have a specialization in Sports Hypnosis. I have earned a BA in Asian Studies emphasizing performing arts and education. My M.A. is in Motivational Psychology specializing in the mindset of elite athletes. I have also completed five separate certifications in Sports Hypnosis. My years as professional dancer and martial artist included gigs across the US and in Europe. I developed the M.E.N.T.A.L. Games (tm) approach to peak performance based on my sports psychology study, clinical experience and performing arts background.
