Thanks, Alex! I plan to have a teleseminar in a couple of weeks to discuss techniques. If you already receive my newsletter, I will announce it next issue. Also, sometimes I set aside an hour to take calls in my office and that also is in the newsletter. It's so much easier to explain via voice instead of by email.
