The Close of Bike Racing Season
And so ends another season... This one was particularly challenging. It started with the 50 mile, Ore-2-Shore mountain bike race in Marquette, MI. I experineced excrutiating inner thigh leg cramps, which started just 19 miles into the race. I found my self hypnosis skills put to the test. I was NOT going to walk off this race course! Sailing is Sublime
Hello All:
I just completed a sailing class on the Boardman Lake through Traverse Area Community Sailing (TACS).
Wow!!! What a blast!! It was zen to be on the water. Peaceful and absorbing. I finished class each night pleasantly exhausted both mentally and physically in a very de-stressing way. I thoroughly enjoyed the instructor Ben and the other sailor/classmates.
I'm planning to include sailing practice to the rest of my summer fun.

Turning Your Eyes up & Hypnosis
Hello Everyone:
This is my first BLOG so here goes.
I would like some input on just why and how rolling the eyes up toward the ceiling and or focusing them up to a spot near the ceiling helps induce hypnosis. Anyone have any scientific explanation?

You will notice that when most people become dizzy or pass out the eyes will roll up into the head. This is a signal to the body to relax. You will also see that when the client holds their eyes in the up position the eyes become tried. When they allow the eyes to return to the normal position the person will automatically relax None of this absolutely neccessary in hypnosis, but it helps. Don

Congratulations on your business. That is fantastic. The mountains in the background are the Wasatch mountains in Salt Lake City, Utah, actually I was in Draper, Utah. I was there in January for training for Biomeridian. I would like to see Alaska some day, maybe a cruise. I am working on doing some more hypnosis in my practice, it has been doing wonderful thing for me just listening to Anne's CD's and some CD's I made myself. Powerful stuff. Michele
