- I am looking for best practices where the combination of yoga and hypno have already been combined. I have a multitude of modalities and just seeking other like minded people to brainstorm uses and ideas.

- Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Personal Training and Reiki. My hypno has focused on weight loss, self esteem and behaviour modification. I am currently back in school to become a clinical hypnotherapist.
