- so much easier just read my bio :) But the long and short of it is...I'm sort of a crazy go nuts happy go lucky intense and serious dichotomy. I am a yoga teacher and hypnotherapist by trade now but I have taken a long and winding road to get here. A mom and grandma family is first but knowledge is everything.
