- I am a is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Certified Hypnotherapist who practices EMDR. I try and provide a welcoming atmosphere that allows clients to feel safe, as I listen and empathize with their needs. I have been successful in identifying blocks, fears, and negative associations quickly, which allows me to work effectively getting impressive results in a short period of time.
I have helped clients achieve career success, learn anger management skills, work through abuse issues, enhance their self-esteem, quit smoking, manage their weight, and find deep relaxation through hypnosis and other techniques. Clients have overcome trauma issues ranging from sexual abuse to personal and natural disasters. Many have learned forgiveness and are now free from the burden of holding onto the past in a negative way. It's amazing to watch my clients grow and be free from the weight of the past.
I specialize in Stress and Anxiety. I work with Athletes, Actors, Musicians, clients taking the BAR, the CPA, the MFT exam, even the Driving Test. In 3 sessions most clients are free of their PERFORMANCE ANXIETY. Be it public speaking, test taking, auditioning, performing on stage or in front of a camera. So far, all of my clients have passed their standardized tests after working with me.
I am passionate about helping individuals realize their dreams, conquer their fears and improve their self-esteem. My experience as a psychotherapist coupled with my training as a hypnotherapist allows me to work with a broad range of clients. My success in this industry comes from listening to the client, understanding deep rooted associations, the practice of prayer and being able to incorporate a variety of mediums to help the conscious mind be stronger than subconscious desires.

I'm one of the 3% of the population who isn't afraid of public speaking! Kudos to your work. Have you seen the Gregory Mantell show? I'll be on it June 28. The taping is in Van Nuys, but I don't know yet whether it's only internet or also regular TV.
