- I was invited to join Hypnothoughts.com by my colleague Brennan Smith, CHt . We are both graduates from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Tarzana, California. I am looking to connect with other hypnotherapists as well as to open up my practice to more and more clients.

- I am a clinical hypnotherapist based in Los Angeles. I have a masters degree in counseling and psychology, and I have been working with all ages since 1995. I Educate my clients on how to use hypnosis for weight loss, to stop smoking, to release trauma, war trauma, and how to reduce anxiety.

I currently work with all ages but only use hypnosis with ages 10 and up. I do work with clients to help them to lose weight and to stop smoking, but I specialize in alleviating past traumatic experiences in my clients, as well as in helping people achieve their personal and professional goals. I have experienced rapid results and long lasting success with the efficient techniques that I use.
- Hobbies:
- I prefer out doors activities to going to a gym. I love being by the ocean and I like to swim in any clean body of water.
My undergraduate is in painting and my Masters degree is in Transpersonal Counseling, Psychology, and Art Therapy. I like to go back to my painting every so often.

I appreciate your Buddhist base, there is much to be gained in working with thought and it's somatic connections.
