Welcome to My Page!
My name is Barbara and I'm just beginning my journey in hypnosis. My current goal is to train in general hypnosis with a focus on smoking cessation and to add weight loss work, as my skills improve. Having had a family member who passed away from lung cancer and another who is currently a smoker, I'm really excited about learning this valuable skill and putting it into practice. I'm looking forward to learning, networking and making lots of new friends here!

- About Me:
- My career history includes 13 years as a registered nurse with experience in administration, community health and acute care inpatient psych. Additionally, I have worked in the graphic design department of our local newspaper and authored one not very successful :) book, Currently, I maintain an online metaphysical shop through etsy and keep an active multimedia blog at TheNewAgeReview.com which includes articles on holistic healing, meditation and spirituality. I hope to also include posts on my learning process in the field of hypnosis as I progress. I would love to make new friends in the profession and am happy to connect with other HypnoThoughts members via this website, as well as through FaceBook.
