Barry,
Thanks for your comments on my question about records being kept for smoking cessation.
I think the point I was trying to get to, was that if there was a package for therapists that guaranteed 70% or 80% success rate and that gave defined steps and scripts (like gastric band) as well as a follow up ratio 6 months or a year down the line.
That would go a long way to satifying the various agencies.
