So yesterday I was working with a Smoking Cessation Client and was using a technique that I learned where you have the person imagine that they are a 6 year old little girl or boy. In my case since my client was female a 6 year old little girl. I am trying to write a "story" for a client that I am working on to stop her from smoking. However, I keep getting "carried away" trying to put too much in and not wording it like I know it needs to be worded. Excited because I purchased a new computer yesterday after my old one took a royal dump. Tried to reformat the old one even but it wouldn't even let me do that so went out and got the puter I've been wanting for a couple of years now. So learning how all of the new bits-n-bobs work on it. It's a HP TouchSmart. It's fun being able to use both the mouse or my finger to move from screen to screen.

There are so many times I see in my mailbox a new posting and I think I really need to go check that out later and then I erase it from my mail box and of course I then forget to go back and read it. Maybe I need to start writing them down somewhere so when I do have free time I can go take a look.
