- After logging nearly two decades as a master facilitator in conflict resolution and human capital management and having literally trained and coached thousands of people both internationally and domestically, Brandon Moreno has extensive experience leading professional development teams in Fortune 500 companies, international business environments, and startup organizations. He is the founder and CEO of Leading Edge Thought Corporation, a prominent coaching, consulting and educational company based in San Diego.
Mr. Moreno currently serves on the Board of Directors and is acting President for the International Coach Federation (ICF) San Diego Chapter, VP of Professional Membership for the San Diego Recruiters Roundtable (SDRR), which includes San Diego’s largest and best known HR networking communities serving Human Resources professionals, executives, and consultants. He also works as a mediator for the National Conflict Resolution Center.
Mr. Moreno is co-author with Brian Tracy and others of the forthcoming book Bouncing Back: Thriving in Times of Change. He has been a regularly featured expert for the San Diego Business Journal and has presented alongside bestselling authors such as Greg Reid and Lisa Nichols. His clients have included Sony Electronics, Cardinal Health, Scripps Health, STMicroelectronics, Panasonic, ARINC, BAE Systems, and Northrop Grumman.
Mr. Moreno holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of LaVerne. He has done extensive graduate work in Global Leadership at the University of San Diego and holds a certificate in Human Resources Management from Chapman University.

Sadly to a point you are right Richard. You can be a so-so un-entertaining stage hypnotist and draw people. However although that's great in a tourist town say like Vegas where it will be 12 months or more before people return, in a more home town s…
