I'm new to hypnosis and i'm looking to practice on a colleague who informed me she wants to improve on Confidence (assertiveness to be exact). She is in a position where she isn't management, but performs in a managerial type position where she has to demand accountability. She is afraid to step up to the plate and be more bold with people about being more accountable with their work, showing up on time, etc. Anybody have any suggestions, scripts that they have used in the past that helped? …See More
