- Carole, you poor thing! BOTH wrists?? One is bad enough. Here's what I do -- it's deceptively simple. While you;re in self hypnosis imagine applying bone glue to the break every day. I also use a tube of "bone strengthener" and spray on "muscle rejuvenator". I used the bone glue for almost 30 days and one day there was no room and I heard the word "sealed" in my mind. I didn't heal my femur and wrist in 4 weeks exactly but I cut my healing time in half. And I've been comfortable since I broke my wrist. In the ER I affirmed that I'd be comfortable once it was immobilized. Call me if you want to talk: 916-373-1932. I'm working at home today.

- I remember you! How in the world did you break BOTH wrists? You need to get in touch with Katherine Zimmerman about her bone glue process. She broke her wrist and her femur and healed them both within 4 weeks. Doc had been urging surgery prior.
