- About Me:
- I believe health starts with our thoughts and beliefs and filters down through to our physical experience. I have spent my life on a quest to find out what makes people tick. Why we do the things we do. What motivates us? Why some people become stronger from traumatic experiences and others let it become their downfall? Why some people die from relatively minor illnesses while others get to deaths door and come back stronger than ever? Your health can be a bit of a puzzle, sometimes all it takes is finding that missing piece.
Born in California, I grew up in San Fransciso with a passion for health; mental and physical. Studying psychology and nutrition at university, I became disillusioned with the results of traditional therapy. After moving to New Zealand, I discovered hypnotherapy and it has become my passion ever since.
