I've had a rough last few weeks with an ear infection that comes and goes. I've actually been trying to get rid of it for longer than that. I've tried a lot of stuff that usually works for me very well, and it hasn't. It came back with a vengeance once I really wanted to rev up my meditations. I got so down about it that I cried. I let out my feelings about how I try to meditate and do all the exercises in meditation to get closer to God, but it's so difficult with this…

Hypnosis, for most of us who do sessions, instead of stage, is a means to an end. We use it in helping people navigate very difficult problems and painful feelings. Yesterday Don Mottin was in our city with his latest "Rewiring the Brain with Hypnosis" for people who have had strokes. He himself overcame a stroke that had him wheel chair bound using these methods!
