I like hearing your success with ADD that is a huge diagnosis these days and I wonder how overused that label is. I also wondered how effective Hypnosis would be. That's cool.
I noticed while teaching weight management hypnosis classes, that I am eating more healthy without even thinking about it...I know I must be hypnotizing myself along with the class. It so easy! I love how this stuff works so well.
I'm going to do a CD for my biking and ski racing next.
Hope I get to see you when I'm down state.

The CD is working out very well and I am using it as a follow up to leads that came in this fall requesting a Course Catalog. You and Scott have been an GREAT help to me. When you have time let's put up some photos I took on WHD 2008 - I need you assistance once again!
