Trouble getting CPU's after attending 3 Hypno Summits

hello Scott,I am hoping you will put a process in place to get some sort of form, or official receipt or certificate for those of us who want to use our attendance at the Summit for CPU's. Although I have attended and gained a tremendous amount from each Summit I continue to be frustrated by my lack of ability to get something to submit to ACHE for my Certification requirements.Pleeeese help me out.
