Thanks Chris, It's an amazing field and I'm happy to have played a part in making it more fun for you. I have a new little book that just came out two daze ago called "the anti-anxiety toolkit" and it's a tiny book that simplifies my protocol so anyone can pick it up and stop anxiety. You might like it.
