- I have heard such wonderful things about this site! It sounds like I will be able to access information from very qualified professionals and am anxious to learn more by participating in this type of forum.
- Areas of Specialty:
- I'm very interested in broadening my approach to hypnotherapy for Weight Release, Stress Management, Pain Management, and Anxiety. The area of performance anxiety intrigues me: musical performance, test taking, public speaking,etc.
- About Me:
- My full time career has been a Classical Piano teacher and performer, hence the interest in Performance Anxiety,etc. I have taught full time for over 35years and have encountered many students who have struggled with self-confidence and performance anxiety. Over the years, I have "coached" and guided many students through challenging attitudes and beliefs about performing. As I become more educated in hypnosis, I really feel that I have found an invaluable tool to now offer many a musician suffering from this terrifying fear of failure!
- Hobbies:
- Besides my musical interests, I love to pursue creative projects...acrylic painting, sewing, and cooking. I thoroughly enjoy baking and learning more about ethnic food preparation.
