Bad sleeping behaviour!
Hi everyone, I have a client with a bad sleeping behaviour. He has noted that when he wakes up in the night he immediately gets slightly stressed because he is afraid he is not going to get back to sleep. I was thinking this might be a good ingrained expectation (that I won't get back to sleep) that can be changed with some NLP Hypnosis techniques or and visualization.
