- There is an older book out by a man named Al Krasner, PhD. It's a good little text book on how to hypnotize someone. It won't take the place of a good, face-to-face class on hypnosis but it really is very helpful. It's a great way to structure a session. I'm sure you can get it off the internet somewhere. It's called The Wizard Within by Al Krasner, PhD. If you can't find it on the internet, email Roger Moore on this site. He's in regular contact with Dr. Krasner and knows how to get his book.
