- My interest in hypnosis evolved as an extension of my life long study of martial art disciplines. In the early years most of what I did involved external muscular principles. As I became experienced in training and in teaching I became more and more aware of the inner developmental process unconsciously taking place. Particularly with things like Kung-fu, Tai Chi and Qi Gong (Chi Gong). Thus my martial studies include various forms of meditation and mental visualization. One grows to learn the mind is a limitless inner universe.
