Angela, Just to add to an already excellent thread. One of the best books I ever read for NLP was Expanding Your World: Modeling the Structure of Experience by David Gordon. If we were to say that at it's core level NLP is simply the ability…

Hi Kemila, Absolutely not necessary.  I studied with Brian Weiss and the Newton Institute (in addition to many of the fine hypnotists on this board).  I've done a lot of regressions and, in my experience, having them revivify a trauma…

Charlie is extraordinary.  Doug O'Brien & I flew him up to Vermont this past Summer so that we could watch him train our group for a bit, as well as do some modeling of how he achieves a unique state of "no-mind" before…

Charlie is amazing.  I met him 1st over 10 years ago at Steven Gilligan training and have been impressed ever since.  His warmth, the way he holds space, the elegant way he creates change are fantastic to watch. He works at interface…

Every once in a while...

Every once in a while something new comes along.I recently attended a workshop by Charlie Badenhop and have to say it was something completely different and useful.  Charlie has been involved in the NLP and hypnosis community for a number of decades.  What makes his work so unique though is his background in Aikido.  Charlie has lived in Japan in 1985 and is one of the few Westerners who is a recognized sensei or teacher of Aikido in Japan.  The way he incorporates the mind/body principles of…See More

Hi Bruce,   I don't know if your question was addressed to me but I'll give you my two cents.  In the past I've done group regressions as part of information sessions, discussions on reincarnation and one of my workshops was…

Hi Dave

I have been out in Dubai for around 12 years now, came out to fly & then did all my training with Beryl around 5/6 years ago. I tend to specialize in soul therapy/hypnotherapy - past life regression/spiritual regression due to being a medium.

How is the business going for you? Also how did you find the Middle East?

Hi Dave. It took me until now to get back to this website (which is why I dislike social networking websites: email is so much better).

Thanks for all you taught me and demonstrated for me at the \Walkabout Workshop

Hello Dave.....regarding your business license issue....would a move outside the city limits be a possibility or a solution?......The other possibility is to file a 9th Amendment Declaration of Rights and claim your right to practice on an equal level with psychologists and others who are permitted to do so without the restriction you face.....once you do that, if necessary, confront and take on the city legally....appeal their decision if they deny you.....you might have to sue them or threaten to sue them for discrimination under the civil rights laws etc......Also, regarding a different title .....consider using the title "hypnosis counselor"......and your business title "Hypnosis Services" etc.....Hope this helps....Let me know what you decide on.....

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the friends request and for the order! Sorry for the delay in shipping. I thought I had an extra print cartridge in the closet... If the toner holds out I'll ship them sooner than Saturday.

They're pretty user friendly but if you do have questions, let me know.

Dave,
When looking for therapy training I think everyone should seek training that best suites their beliefs and is comfortable for them. 5 Path was that for me. It is nothing new, it just brings things into a system so you clean the client's closet persey. 5 Path may not be the thing for you but I find it a system that hits all of the areas to help a client completley every time. Good luck and hope you find the therapist for your friend and a trainng that helps you to be a great help to others.
