About Me:

I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with over 26 years of professional hypnotherapy experience. I am also a certified HypnoBirthing (Mongan method) Childbirth Educator and Fertility Counselor and have specialty certifications in HypnoBirthing, HypnoFertility, I.B.S., F.M.S., Medical Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanesthesia, Weight Management, Mental Focus Training and A.D.D.
I am also a Nationally Board Certified Reflexologist and creator of Reflexology Therapeutics, holistic Reflexology for body, mind and "sole."
I teach HypnoBirthing ChildBirth Education classes to expectant couples to help them have safer, easier and more connected births that most closely resemble nature.
I am also an ordained Interfaith Minster of Spiritual Counseling and write and perform meaningful, handcrafted ceremonies that are memorable and moving.

Hobbies:
