Ahh I hear you...but then you know how the people who own/run these kinds of things can be. And you know the kind of people who jump in after very little training or experience because of the "big bucks" and the power. Gets my goat at…
HI James,
I agree with John and Brian. No more, no less and truly for the venue you are playing, the induction can really be a great part of the show. I think as a hypnotist that sometimes I forget that the whole process can be magical for those…
Thanks, Denise, for your help. I'm actually scheduled to perform at a one-weekend pirate and faerie festival this summer, and I'm in negotiation with a longer faire for the fall.

This is an old discussion but I thought since John was kind enough to add to it again I would pick up the thread. I have now done several Ren Faires and I love doing them. I don't want to make a career out of it, but I have always enjoyed them…
I've performed at two renaissance faires and one thing I can tell you is to be prepared for anything. All sorts of people frequent ren faires and while many of them are very creative and make excellent subjects a number of factors can cause…
I am looking for information to keep current and conversations that further my craft and practice.
About Me:
I have been an entertainer all my life. I have been performing as a Comedy Stage Hypnotist for the last 3 years and Variety Entertainer. I did have a private practice for a while, but found it wanting. I have trained with many people and continue to study, grow and learn. I love the outdoors, camping, people, laughing, art, transformation, making friends and great conversations. I am a hopeless optimist.
Hobbies:
Raising chickens, a garden, hiking, kayaking, reading, sailing most anything adventurous and outdoors. I love games and surprises.
Glad to have you here. There's a lot of good information here and nice people who will help you learn. I think you will enjoy this community. And, check out the Global Hypnosis eSummit on the main page. You can learn a LOT there. Get 99 video lectures for only $129! BTW, where is Thonotosassa, Fl?
