- Yes Diane, I see you DO have a lot on your plate. My suggestion for integrating more hypnosis-related stuff into what you are already doing, without really stretching yourself thinner: Get Louise Hay's book "Heal Your Body". Then, as you work with your nursing patients, look up their ailment or illness, and as you speak to them, give them conversational 'suggestions' including the words that will promote their healing. Try it - it works great!

P.S. And yes, I find it's important to 'refuel' from time to time so you are not "giving from an empty bucket."
