Hi Diane, I finally got to Hypnothoughts. thanks for sending the invite. It is a great site. I met you at the chronic pain relief workshop in Albuquerque. I have the Yorkie that I was hoping to mate with one of your sweet chihuahuas. I hope all is well with you. Hopfully I will see you at another workshop. Take Care, Debbie Wollam
I was trained by Zoilita Grant, you can click on her profile on my friend's list. She would be much more knowledgeable than I would about training opportunities.
Take care of yourself in your busy days, if even just 5 minutes of 'closed-eye', focused, 'inner' time. You'll love the results.
And I hope you enjoy the fun things on the WorldHypnotismDay.com site. Let me know when you get a chance.
Hi Diane-
I'm excited about this event too, and the big additions I am working on for HypnoThoughts. I'm still very hypno curious as well, which is why I spend sooooo much time on this site.
Yes Diane, I see you DO have a lot on your plate. My suggestion for integrating more hypnosis-related stuff into what you are already doing, without really stretching yourself thinner: Get Louise Hay's book "Heal Your Body". Then, as you work with your nursing patients, look up their ailment or illness, and as you speak to them, give them conversational 'suggestions' including the words that will promote their healing. Try it - it works great!

P.S. And yes, I find it's important to 'refuel' from time to time so you are not "giving from an empty bucket."
Thanks for accepting my friend invite. I'm impressed! You are quite accomplished.
I happen to serve as the Mountain Region (incl. NM) Lead for "World Hypnotism Day", and I'd love to connect more with you around that. Check out the URL: www.WorldHypnotismDay.com Even though the actual date is Jan. 4th every year, the site is up all year long and has some great stuff on it. Sign up, and they'll send you some freebies!
Thank you for taking the time to comment and introduce yourself. there's certainly a lot of info here and I look forward to contributing, at some point.
I'm finally matriculated. Stressed out with getting my company started... Anyhow, I'm sure it won't be much longer till I'm up and in business. Very exciting. Give me a call soon. Love your son, Ric
