- Dimitri, I would be happy to introduce you to my techniques. You can start by going to my website www.spccenter.com. There you will find links to several of my techniques - the most powerful one being The Concentration Spiral technique. When you go through this technique be sure to have a plant or a vase of flowers off to the right (or left) of the screen (there is a point in the technique where I ask you at the count of three to look away from the Spiral at some particular object - the plant or flowers). The Pendulum and the Garden techniques are also quite good. Let me know what you think.
