I have tried the CD process several times in the past few years and listened for 30 days. I have had regression and parts therapy, and benefits hypnosis. I seem to get heavier with each process. Funny thing is; I know hypnosis; I'm a trained hypnotherapist; and I can't even budge myself. There must be a stubborn secondary gain that I am missing. Hypnosis has worked for me in virtually everyother area of my life, but not this one. Wow! How far training has come. Power Points and CDs. I trained way back in the 80s long before all this fun technology. I have to get with the plan.

I want to know how your Weight Control Class is going. I'm excited for you. Perhaps you could practice on me!!!! I'm gaining weight so fast it will make your head spin. I have had hypnosis to no avail....must be something really stuck in my brain.

Our experiences with studying hypnois and then setting it aside and then picking it back up again is very similiar.

I currently work in a pyschiatric hospital in Phx.... so I understand your work you did for all those yrs. Takes special people to do what you did. I just shuffle papers there .. but I like my job.
