- Erik, it sounds like you have run into some of the more unsavory characters in hypnosis. Unfortunately, every field has them. I'm glad you didn't give up on hypnosis and throw the baby out with the bathwater. I"m sure you will become a wonderful and ethical hypnotherapist.
