I just wanted to say although I haven't been very active on Hypnothoughts in the past I have learned a tremendous amount here. I will be much more active in the present and near future because I find this to be a valuable source of information and idea exchange. Scott commented on moderating this site and I must wholeheartedly agree with him (and the responses that I read). Stop Smoking

Well I just wanted to say thanks to John Cleesattel for his hypnosis technique for smoking cessation. I have used it and now even modified it to fit my client needs better with much success. As always, thanks John. So this blog post is about smoking cessation and is open to input from others. I am writing another book, this one on smoking cessation.
