I'm attempting to organize a discussion on one of the groups, so that the first post that comes up is the most recent post. As it is now, when someone adds a new post to the discussion, and you click on the email, it takes you to the page which has the oldest posting. How do I change that so it takes you to the first posting instead. I guess I need to know how to flip the order, so it's most recent post first. (in email programs, you can just click the topic to alter the order, top to bottom, bottom to top. In this, I can't find a tool to format that.

Hi everyone-
A number of you have demonstrated a strong interest in advertising on HypnoThoughts but have been unable to create the image for your ad. I understand the learning curve on some of this tech stuff is a little steep, and graphic design work is another hurdle. I may not know much about hypnosis, but computers and design are two things I happen to know quite a bit about.
