I use a small pocket appointment diary.
Just remember to write appointments in pencil, so that you can change them when people ring to rearrange an appointment.
I see no need to make a simple task any more complicated than that.

My suggestion is to only peel one layer at a time, and make sure your client has fully digested each layer, before going onto the next layer. never bite off more…

I was reminded of these rules, when reading a posting by Steve andrade, in a recent thread.

Cherie Carter-Scott created what she called “The Rules for Being Human”.
Many people have found these guidelines make life work better.

Losing weight Easilly effortlessly and naturally
Gary is doing well with his weight loss project.
having continued to lose weight over the
Christmas and new year period.
We have now done some of the basic foundation building work
paving the way for more focussed work we are
likely to do over the coming months.
I have to decide rather quickly what subject to
focus on for the spring Hypnosummit.
I would prefer to make presentations on becoming
a non smoker, with or without hypnosis.
This is dependant upon getting a
suitable client who is agre… Continue

2010 just started with a bang
well here in england , it is 5-20 am.
I am just about to go to bed.
the the new year has started well,
and I guess it will continue in the same vein.
I have had a good evening, and a friend
(fellow hypnotherapist) Joey
has just turned up on my doorstep
looking for a bed for the night
there is nothing to expect but the best
for ourselves, and all of our contacts.
