Losing weight Easilly effortlessly and naturally
Gary is doing well with his weight loss project.
having continued to lose weight over the
Christmas and new year period.
We have now done some of the basic foundation building work
paving the way for more focussed work we are
likely to do over the coming months.
I have to decide rather quickly what subject to
focus on for the spring Hypnosummit.
I would prefer to make presentations on becoming
a non smoker, with or without hypnosis.
This is dependant upon getting a
suitable client who is agre… Continue

2010 just started with a bang
well here in england , it is 5-20 am.
I am just about to go to bed.
the the new year has started well,
and I guess it will continue in the same vein.
I have had a good evening, and a friend
(fellow hypnotherapist) Joey
has just turned up on my doorstep
looking for a bed for the night
there is nothing to expect but the best
for ourselves, and all of our contacts.

Losing Weight Easily Effortlessly and Naturally,
Yesterday I embarked on a colaborative project with my old friend and coleague, Gary Lintern.
Gary is planning to lose about five stones (70lbs) over the coming months with help from hypnosis.
Over that period, he will be keeping a video blog reporting on how it is going from his perspective.
While Gary's (high Quality) video camera, was shooting the whole of our first session.
I also shot some footage with my (less high quality) camera.

- Aw, Fable. I would send you the now-non-smoking roofer who is bartering his services for hypnosis were it not that long journey between us! I had a roof leak that created quite the eyesore right in the middle of my livingroom. The funny thing was that I was loathe (heh heh) to repair the sheetrock once the leak was fixed. It somehow served purpose to remind me of imperfection...a state that I needed to be aware of.
And I'm loving your deep relaxation recording with your charming accent, btw! Will report results later...Kelley
