Ganesh, Since your client is more like a 6 year old I would use a different approach. Storytelling (metaphors) is very effective with children and it works without a formal trance induction. Write a story about an animal that she likes or make it about a child. The story should parallel her situation and tell how the problem was solved. You may have to write several stories before you find one that has the desired effect. There are books of metaphors for children but I don't know if the stories would fit your culture.

Ganesh, I just read your post about the teen client who faints. I would probably use some EFT to start shifting her energy around math and see where that leads. I would ask her about her (conscious) beliefs about math. She may now have formed a belief that she WILL faint when she opens the book, leading to that very experience. I would use the NLP swish pattern as a follow up and if there's no change at that point I would probably regress to cause depending on her maturity level.
