- I have been happily married for 28 years and have two super children and recently become a Grandma, which I absolutely love!!
I am trained in Hypnotherapy, RET (Rapid Eye Technology - Master), NLP, Spiritual Direction, Labyrinth Facilitation, MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator, SymBioDynnamics Coaching, HypnoBirthing (amongst other things!)
I run workshops on HypnoBirthing, Self Hypnosis, Skills for Life, Smoking Cessation, Our Inner Child and using Vision Boards.

One of the GOALS I set for myself in 08, is to apply Hypnotherapy as a full time modality OF HELPING PEOPLE , with Massage Therapy as a complement therapy. Getting to know and communicating with expert persons such as you and others on this wonderful site gives me a wonderful advantage to achieving that end.
