"The thing about relaxation is that the pharynx also relaxes; hence why some tranced clients 'snore' at times. I would suggest that the client finds more comfort in lying on their side- left or right- which tends to lessen the snoring…"

"Sounds like she has been through it all.   Trying to get rid of it hasn't seemed to work.   And so I would fight for her to keep the phobia and work from there.   I would strongly question why she would want to lose the fear.…"

Hello Graham,
AA and a loving caring God plus a man named Pete who was an Angel as he stuck with me until I got a year. He moved away after that (he was sober eleven years at the time)and when I made two years, I got a card saying "congratulations, I hear you got two years now go for three one day at a time" and I never saw or heard from him again. I can truthfully say that I loved him as he saved my life. I now believe in Angels. It's not easy but it's possible if you want to badly enough.
