PSTEC- Percussive Suggestion Technique.
Hi all, I would like to share this new innovative technique that I have been using. This Technique was advised to me in relation to treating PTSD, and to date the clients I have used it on have had marvellous results and to boot the first set of click tracks are free to download.
PSTEC is a mix of suggestion and pattern interrupt, its audio will guide you through the process and help the client eliminate any unwanted feeling associated…

Been to listen to Dr David Hamilton!
David give a talk on the power of the mind and explained how the mind cannot distinguish between action, observe and visualise. If you ever get a chance to go take it!
David is also taking part in a documentary called choice point; this will be screened in the US in March followed by the UK, you can see a trailer @ choicepoint.com.
Tim Phizackerley said… Hi Ian,
pleased to hear that you're finding it useful and thank you for your comment. My early experience of the forum has been a little rough so it's much appreciated. One guy in particular (an NLPer) seems intent on giving me a hard time. I've wondered whether he sees PSTEC as a threat. Who knows? Anyhow if you even have any questions drop me a line and I'll see if I can help out. Kind regards Tim Phizackerley

Karen Collins said… Hi Ian, I don't check my mail on here nearly as much as I should... so many appologies.. I am on facebook if you want to chat there in the instant message service Karen Collins-Hypnotherapist. I am always happy to guide you in the creation of your own scripts and to provide practical information about surgical proceedures.. I tend not to hand out my scripts only because they need to be individually tailored and i create them that way. I look forward to chatting with you Karen

I believe first of all we should use our skills to help others.
Often here in the USA the people who need help the most can afford it the least.
What is the homeless situation over there in the UK ?
I have sent you a friend request based on a previous discussion in another topic and believe you may be able to help, I am looking for advice on dealing with a client who is coming for cannabis addiction.

Hi Ian,
I will post the right path and also the first page of my stop smoking aftercare booklet, so you can get some idea of where I am coming from.
Can't agree enough about getting to the cause and that is why I no longer offer a single session stop smoking package as in one session (or even one visit) we don't have enough time to get to the bottom of whats driving the behaviour.

Welcome to Hypnothoughts. I think you'll find a lot of worthwhile information here. What got you interested in hypnosis initially?
