- I am just beginning and ....maybe I need to be a generalist initially but I am interested in pain management and sports performance (esp swimming and football) and weight loss ...I see myself someday helping kids with cancer and learning so much from them.

- I'm a mom ..my 13 yr old football jock is the gift of my life. I'm very close to my mom as is my son..she has taught me more about unconditional love than anyone else. My daddy died Dec 2007 and he left me so many good memories. I am a psychiatric RN of 25 years ...I was a swimmer and am still very competitive..I can throw a spiral! I'm a new hypnotist ! I'm gay and in love with a Chicago girl. Peace!!

- Football as my son's dream is to be in the NFL. love antiquarian books..to touch and read what those long before me touched and read.( you don't get that with a kindle!!) LOTR , tennis, working out at a fitness center, biking..spending time doing anything with my son and my mom, my friends who deal with my quirks! I am happy in or near water..Lake Erie is about the closest we have to an ocean!(2 hrs from me)

Robert Joseph Burns said… - Jan, you are a Hypnotherapist and not a Hypnotist. Hypnotists do stage stuff and Hypnotherapists help people. Hypnos is Greek for sleep so what is a sleepnotist? Have a great day and yes, I'm a pain when it comes to words. I guess it's the NLP training.

- Good morning Jan,
I practiced while driving my car. I practiced inductions over and over until they flowed without thinking of what I was going to say. Dr Erickson stated that his subconscious was genius so he turned everything over to it and was the best ever. One of my instructors learned from one of Ericksons students and also learned from Richard Bandler, the co-founder of NLP of which I'm a Master Practitioner. My number is (610)462-0804 as I talk faster then I type. One of my students (I teach and certify) lives and practices in Johnstown PA which I believe is fairly near you. She's doing quite well and as I mentioned, she has opened her own practice. If you like, I'll give you her contact information with her permission.
