Another word of caution is that someone who is snoring has a partially-blocked airway, which is not a good thing!
I have used scripts to get the partner to sleep through the snoring. Using suggestions that it is white noise and identifying their 'sleep side' so whenever the wake for any reason, as soon as they turn to their 'sleep side' they go immediately back…

I do have scripts but just wondered if this person has a partner or are they on their own. The script is rather long and since I myself have never used it, not too sure if the outcome would prove to be totally positive.
