I have a client who is both addicted to crack, would like to stop smoking and drinks too much. These behaviors have been recurring for over 20 years. He's been in and out of rehab. If the client needs general type suggestions about weight loss, the virtual band works great. I found it does not work with people who do not know why they are eating and eat to feed their emotional problems.
